We are a small company with about 40 desks across three locations in the UAE. Most are using Windows OS and a couple are on the Mac OS. Everyone is on the Microsoft Office 365 cloud. Each location has a PABX and CCTV system to support.
We are looking to hire a fresher who has some basic knowledge in the field and is keen to learn the rest. The right candidate will be conversant with English and able to explain difficult concepts over the phone or in person. Will need to be thorough with research and keen to learn new skills to keep updated with the industry and the company requirements.
